Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all use of this website (“Site”) and the services provided by King’s Rivers Air & Heat LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.


Services

We provide HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and related services for residential and commercial clients in Florida. Service requests, quotes, and job acceptance are subject to our licensing, materials availability, scheduling, and approval.


Quoting & Payment

  • All quotes provided by us are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Payments are due per the payment terms stated in your service agreement or invoice.
     
  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
     
  • If payment is not received pursuant to agreed terms, we may suspend work, withdraw service, or charge interest and collection costs.
     

Scheduling & Access

  • You must provide reasonable access to your property, systems, and required utilities (power, water, etc.) for our technicians.
     
  • If access is denied or delays are caused by customer unavailability, additional charges may apply and the work schedule may be adjusted.
     

Warranty & Limitation

  • We warrant workmanship according to the terms specified in your service contract. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and you must register them as required.
     
  • Our liability for any claim arising out of the services or equipment provided will in no event exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
     
  • We disclaim all other warranties—express or implied—including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
     

Cancellation & Changes

  • To cancel or reschedule a visit, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for service calls; and at least 72 hours in advance for planned maintenance contracts.
     
  • For cancellations past the deadline or “no-shows”, a cancellation fee (not to exceed our standard service call fee) may be charged.
     
  • Any changes to equipment, scope, permit requirements, or site conditions may result in additional costs—these will be documented and approved before proceeding.
     

Intellectual Property & Use of Content

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or repost content without our prior written consent.
     

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, your negligence, or breach of this Agreement.


Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
     
  • Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
     

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Refund and return policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the service completion date via phone (407-747-7787) or email (info@kingsrivershvac.com)  

 

If the service is eligible for a refund (e.g., incomplete or defective workmanship, incorrect billing), then we will review the issue and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  1. Re-perform the service at no additional cost to you.
     
  2. Provide a pro-rata refund of the service fees (excluding any materials or parts that have been installed and consumed).
     
  3. In the rare case where a full refund is appropriate, we will issue one to you within 30 days of approval.

 

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Estimates or quotes for future services.
     
  • Parts or materials already installed and consumed which are non-returnable.
     
  • Services performed at your specific direction or alteration after completion.
     
  • Emergency “after-hours” or weekend services where you agreed to premium billing.

 

  • Any refund or credit issued will be the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you failed to provide reasonable access, failed to follow recommended usage/maintenance, or made modifications to the system after our work without our approval.
